The school hurling team won the Division 2 final on Tuesday evening last in Breffni Park. The boys' had played three games in total to reach the final, winning two and drawing one of those games. They face a good Dernakesh team in the final and started well with a great goal from the opening few minutes. Dernakesh came back into it and it was level for long periods. Denakesh took the lead but Mullahoran soon reeled them in and from there, they never looked back, winning by 6 points in the end on a scoreline of 5 - 2 to 2 - 5. Louis Fitzsimons took the player of the match award and it was great to see a panel of 15 players tog out on the day. Well done to you all and we are very proud of your achievement.
